I'm a business owner, property manager, broker, father of three and husband. I started at Bosshardt Realty in sales in 1996. In 2000 I was named President of a small property management company Bosshardt Property Management. Today we manage over 800 residential units, one million square feet of commercial space, and over 80 homeowners and condo associations. In 2010 I earned my CPM designation through IREM. In 2011 my firm joined only 500 other companies in the world that hold the designation as an Accredited Management Organization. I was named the CPM of the year in 2012 by IREM's Chapter 60. Our parent company Bosshardt Realty is a locally owned independent real estate brokerage firm that is home to Gainesville's elite sales force. We have 80 agents that serve the community and have propelled us to market leader status 9 years straight. I give back to my professional community by serving as the Chair for IREM's chapter 60 and on the Florida state board of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). I have been published in the Residential Resource numerous times. My family has a strong belief in community service. I currently serve as the Vice Chair for the Children's Home Society of Mid Florida
