I can originate streamline FHA transaction nationwide). With in house delegated underwriting, I don't have to wait for lengthy approval times and have instant contact with underwriters when the need arises. As a courtesy, I also provide a lender credit for the cost of the appraisal (on fully funded and closed transactions) and am never too busy to stop and discuss a scenario with you.
