Originally from Cleveland, Alice enjoyed vacationing on Fort Myers Beach for over 20 years before the Island Lifestyle reeled her in. She now calls Fort Myers Beach home. During the search for her island home she met Karen and Tom Swanbeck, who became her realtors and more importantly friends. It was through this relationship that Alice launched a career in Real Estate, joinedTeamSwanbeck & has been happily helping people find or sell their homes since 2008. In her previous life Alice spent 25 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry working as management, owner and mentor.
