I have been in the Santa Rosa Beach Market area for 25 years. I have helped buyers and sellers in the Seagrove Beach and Scenic 30 A corridor to find the best price for their investments. I am a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors as well as the Bay County Association of Realtors. I was Realtor of the Year for South Waltonin 1998 and was also Ambassador of the Year for Walton County. I have been marketing properties in the South Walton area since 1985. I opened my agency 30A Realty, Inc. with my business partner, Mickey Whitaker in 1995. We have seen this area grow and prosper through the years. We still maintain our office in the Seagrove Beach area and service the whole Walton County area. I live in Point Washington, which is just North of Seagrove Beach with my husband of 45 years. We have one daughter and three wonderful grandchildren, Keslee, Forrest and Saylor Mae. Since 2011, I am now a Great Grandmother with a wonderful Great Grandson Layden Jude Richard. I have been involved in the community in South Walton for 25 years. I am a member of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. I have been involved with Habitat of Humanity and Caring and Sharing in the Walton County area. I worked with the original developer, Cube McGee, of Seagrove Beach in the early 1980's and have learned to appreciate the history of Seagrove and Point Washington. I do love living in South Walton and helping others to make this their piece of paradise too.
