Amanda Kim, a native New Yorker, comes to Halstead Propertys Soho office equipped with 20 years of experience independently purchasing, developing, and managing various properties including cooperatives, artist-in-residence lofts and multi-family townhouses. After graduating from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Economics and acquiring Wall Street experience, Amanda became involved in a search for investment opportunities and saw real estate as a good way to diversify from dot com ventures. Through personally managing her own building and professionally managing another, she has learned the ins and outs of property management, Rent Stabilization regulations, and real estate tax laws in New York City. She has cultivated her passion for NYC real estate over the last 20 years and is well equipped to guide you in your quest for the perfect property, whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned property owner. Working with Halstead's most seasoned brokers, Amanda will focus on residential sales. A member of The Real Estate Board of New York, Amanda has a passion for the history of New York City, playing piano and traveling; her most recent trip back to Ireland, her god-grandparents birthplace.
