Certification, Integral YogaGraduate paper focused on a study published in February 2008 by the PEW Center on the States, which found that 1 in 100 American adults are incarcerated. The study sought to analyze and create dialogue about the challenges of prisoner re-entry into society. My paper focused on creating viable solutions to recidivism, specifically in women's detention centers, through the creation of yoga and meditation programming. Since graduating, I have conducted numerous workshops that have focused on women's health and wellness.
