Systems and methods personalize interaction between an intermediary system, a plurality of consumers, and a plurality of third party providers of products and services. For each consumer, a plurality of personalized value propositions may be generated for various products and/or services. The value propositions have personalized terms such that the same good or service offered to one consumer may be offered on different terms to another consumer.
