Bruce E. Bolgert was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and raised in Penn Hills a major suburb. He still remains a staunch Pittsburgh Steelers Fan, (even when they lose). Bruce started his career in real estate shortly after returning from Japan where he served proudly for the United States Air Force for four years in Security Service. He began as a real estate sales agent selling investment properties and residential homes in Pennsylvania. When interest rates became intolerable and the real estate market dried up Bruce, his wife Maryanne and their children moved to Springfield, Virginia. He worked as a contract negotiator for a Washington Firm negotiating contracts with the Pentagon, Veterans Aministration Hospital, International Monetary Fund, Washington Post and many other privately owned firms and was know for his tough negotiations. After many years working in Washington DC and living in Virginia he now returns to his first love....real estate. He will provide his tough negotiating skills, love of Virginia Real Estate and respect for his clients to guide and assist clients to reach their dreams whether they be to move to that larger home, move into their first home or find that special retirement home just as he was doing 20+ years ago. When Bruce is not negotiating a contract, listing property or representing a buyer he and Maryanne are advid walkers and still enjoy Steeler Football,( even when they lose).
