Oregon State (56-6) managed just three hits one day after the Beavers totaled just two. LSU starter Caleb Gilbert was sensational, going 7 1/3 innings and striking out seven while giving up a solo homer to Michael Gretler before giving way to Tigers closer Zack Hess.
