Description:
After 20 years in Real Estate, I've realized that what I do is not all about making sales and getting awards. It all comes down to making a "real" difference in the lives of my past clients. The best feeling in world is seeing the heartfelt smile on the faces of first time buyers as they open the door to their new home. Yes, it took many years to hone my skills. I'm a Re/Max Hall of Fame member and have been featured on HGTV's House Hunters twice. That is not what a buyer or seller care about. A buyer wants an agent that holds their hand every step of the way through an escrow. The seller wants an agent that can sell their home for top dollar and keep them updated each day until escrow closes. Today's market has changed. The buyer is facing multiple offers. I know how to have my buyer beat 5 , 10 or even 20 offers. The seller is looking at lower recent comparables. I know how to get the seller more money than his or her neighbor with the exact same house. I've started a blog called Realestatetactics which spells out "step by step" how I do this. Of course, there is more to me than just Real Estate. I've been fortunate to have travelled to many places on this beautiful planet. I love to scuba dive. I love world history and of course, the Beatles. Call me or email me if I can help you with any Real Estate related scenario. I'm there for you !

About:
Having been in Real Estate for over 15 years, I've learned the most important thing is Customer Service. My past clients have made my career a success. When I first meet a new perspective seller or buyer I hand them my Bio. It includes at least 50 recommendation letters from recent clients. It also includes 100 phone numbers. I let them speak for me. I've been featured twice on HGTV's House Hunters. I specialize in the San Fernando Valley.
