We all have to live SOMEWHERE! Find that somewhere can prove to be a job in itself and not always a fun one and usually not stress-free either. The truth of the matter is that this is a people business as well. A lot goes into my working with customers. All have needs, different situations and NEED to be HEARD & UNDERSTOOD. That of course, requires your agent to have sharp 'listening skills'. To not listen just wastes a lot of time backtracking.....something that can't be tolerated when time is of the essence in getting a contract in or accepted be it the buyer or the seller. The answer? I AM the answer!. A Broker, working in NH & MA and .....I 'LOVE MY JOB'. I found what I was suited for and never looked back. Bottom line....this is indeed a people business.
