Leading the development of over-the-top application, driving mobility and broadband based revenue streams, leveraging systems innovations and mash up capabilities to support new market making services. This work has also led me to develop the logical architecture for Brokering Composite Services (Apps) and atomic enablers (location etc), supporting the eco system from developer, through multiple channels to end user. This architecture includes policy management, settlement and fulfilment. These include recent developments such as direct call establishment (dual model clients), location based mobile services, targeting a UK market of over 83m active devices. Exploiting the trends and enablers, merchandising and P2P social networking, and a wide range of API's and end points derived through SDK's to deliver new applications which deliver value based converged services. These will include OTT channels, and will also include viral / browser based application services, reducing barriers to entry, and which are device agnostic, promoting, low cost rapid access to existing markets.
