The elongated handle may be detachably couplable to the docking tube. The elongated handle may include an elongated handle sidewall defining an axial opening configured to receive the docking tube. At least one of the docking tube sidewall and the elongated handle sidewall may include a projection and the other of the docking tube sidewall and the elongated handle sidewall may include a channel.
