April of 2005. In addition to her business as usual workload, her early days here required significant effort and extra hours to address treasury “make-safe” issues, updates to all signing authority records, a comprehensive review of all banking relationships, and other process changes. All of these activities were deemed a high priority in the post-fraud environment. Debbie did a very good job of managing multiple priorities under stressful conditions. Debbie also made significant progress during a transitional period with little oversight (which) added challenges to an already difficult period but Debbie consistently demonstrated leadership and ownership qualities.
Overall, Debbie’s efforts have been successful while faced with several critical challenges such as implementing extensive banking controls, correcting control deficiencies.... She has faced these challenges with a positive, can-do attitude and has provided strong team leadership.
