Whether your a first time buyer or a seasoned property owner, I provide you with a pragmatic, efficient and thorough approach to locating the right home. To attain this, I first work with the buyer to understand (among others key topics) their long term goals, wishes and wants and financing. Defining these elements from the start, enables us to narrow the search, which in this market can be very broad! Based on all the information gathered at the buyers meeting, the house search can then become a more focused effort for all parties. If not already completed, I will ask the buyer to get at least one pre-approved loan and if interested in short sales, up to 3 with major lender pre-approvals. I then preview homes ahead of time for the client, and set up a time to show the homes that fit into the framework identified. The services I provide to sellers is to ensure that I bring them a qualified buyer who wants to do business. I stage the home, and hold as many open homes as it takes to sell the property. Pricing is key and I take the client through a very methodical approach, so that a fair price is established from the beginning. This is tough to do in today's changing market climate! As you can see, I have a strategic approach to understanding my clients' needs, and due to my previous experience in consulting, I am able to act as a change agent; navigating through turbulent economic times, creating back-up and tactical plans as we go along.
