I was raised, educated, and still live in the Laurel, Redwood Heights area with my husband Dwight. My husband and I enjoy many warm neighborhood friendships, and are involved in community volunteer work with the Redwood Heights PTA, as well as the Redwood Heights Improvement Association. My father was owner of "Bob's Shoe Repair" on Mac Arthur Blvd. in the Laurel district for over 45 years. Bob was an active member of the Laurel Merchants Association, and I through my father, have came to know many of the local merchants on a personal basis. I follow my father's work ethic: Work hard, smart, and treat people with proper respect. I have specialized in Laurel and Redwood Height since receiving my real estate license in 1984. I attended local schools, Laurel Elementary, Bret Harte Junior High, Skyline High School, Merritt Junior College, and Cal State Hayward. I have a degree in nursing as well as course work specific to Real Estate and Real Estate Finance. I specialize only in the area I know intimately and consider home. I enjoy working with my neighbors and newcomers to the Laurel, Redwood Heights area of Oakland. The balance and experience needed to assist clients in the selling or buying of a house, and family home, is my strong point. My nursing background has made it possible to help the local elderly, and their families, deal with unique problems associated with the sale of a family home.
