HELLO & WELCOME!! This will give you a slight idea of what Ed Johnson is all about, though I foremost prefer face-to-face meetings. Hope to meet you soon! ------------------ As a Denver-based Realtor, Certified Negotiation Expert, and member of the Denver Board of Realtors focusing on traditional buy-sell residential transactions, it's my job to know the local market and help my clients with their real-estate goals. With over $5 million in residential transactions in 2012, I take pride in providing reliable, honest, and professional service that gets the deal done. BUYER INFO: Metro Denver inventory is still incredibly low; in short, we need more homes for sale! There's still a lot of great homes available, but you need to move FAST and be aggressive. Having the knowledge to set up timely home search parameters and broker transactions within these challenging market conditions is extremely important, and one of the reasons my clients always wind up getting the home of their dreams. SELLER INFO: Average Sold Price in Denver was up approximately 10% in 2013 for residential homes. In other words, it's an absolutely fantastic time to sell! I use a number of different techniques (high-def photos, mass email marketing, staging, etc) that help homeowners sell their home for as much and as quick as possible. For the listings I decide to accept, I have an average DOM (Days On Market) of less than 30 days. In short, I know what it takes to get your home SOLD! ------------------ In my spare time I like to pursue my other Colorado passions....spending time with my better half Isabella and our two dogs, making abstract mixed-media art, riding my motorcycle, exploring the mountains in varying ways, and of course always helping my clients.
