At 21, I was honored and privileged to serve as a U.S. Naval Aviator flying the A-4 Skyhawk attack aircraft off the deck of the USS Forrestal. After leaving the navy, I went back to school and attended Florida State University under the GI Bill. After FSU I spent 10 years as a corporate director of advertising for several well known Fortune 100 retail chain stores, I am a Florida native and blessed with three children and 4.75 grandchildren. My first year in real estate I helped 42 buyers buy and sellers sell homes and have averaged 88 buyer and/or seller sales a year since 1989. In 2006 I read the "writing on the wall" and knew the real estate market was collapsing and became an expert in distressed property, short sales and foreclosures. I am proud to have helped almost 200 underwater home owners avoid foreclosure and gracefully exit their homes with a full waiver of deficiency. After 18 years at RE/MAX I joined Keller Williams in 2010. My first eight months at Keller Williams I earned the Triple Gold Award, As a REMAX agent from 1992 to 2010 I was a recipient of the REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award, inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame and earned Platinum producer status 1996- 2009. Additionally, I have the following designations: CPDE, Equator Certified, NASSPro, CSSA.
