Eileen has often been told her smile is her best feature, and she hopes to see your big smile after helping you achieve your real estate goals. Eileen is very active in her East Village neighborhood and is a board member of the Lower East Side Preservation Initiative, also serving on its Advisory Committee and Oral History Project Committee. After graduating from Lehigh University with a degree in International Careers (economics) and a Music minor, she could not bear a 3-year sentence in law school (her parents' dream), and instead pursued a master's degree in Arts Administration at Drexel University. She has had the honor and privilege of working with and meeting amazingly talented musicians and administrators during her tenure at the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, Marlboro Music School and Festival, and Yale School of Music. After several years in the non-profit music industry, and a stint in education at Wharton Executive Education, Eileen pursued a degree in fashion design from Parsons the New School for Design, and subsequently launched Ann, Kim & You, a line of work-to-play dresses for professional women. She is now pursuing work with another love, NEW YORK CITY. What a wonderful, motley crew we Manhattan folks are, we that give life and breath to this amazing city. What keeps Eileen smiling, and looking much younger than her actual years, is her love of life and people. In her spare time, she likes to travel the world, scuba dive, go to the opera, dance, sing, socialize and have fun. Her optimism that good will always prevail over evil also helps to keep her young. Some day she'll grow up, but hopefully not soon!
