• Pitney Bowes Impact Award 2007 (team award) and 2011 (individual award) - This is the Company’s most prestigious award and acknowledges those individuals and teams whose outstanding work not only exemplifies PB Values in Action but also contributes to the growth and innovation of the Company. • Simple Solutions Certification (SSC) Program – Leveraging influencing skills and collaborating with corporate leadership, Human Resources, line-of-business and marketing, successfully launched and managed the Simple Solutions Certification program for US Mailing sales and sales management professionals (2010 – 2011) • Mail Management Seminar (MMS) Series - Overhauled and redesigned the MMS program which required the assessment of current and anticipated mail center manager training needs, and resulted in the design, development, train-the-trainer and launch of a new series of progressive seminars aimed at enhancing our attendees’ management skills and postal-carrier knowledge to then more effectively implement solutions and strategies for revenue growth and cost mitigation (2009 -2010). Over the past 3 years, MMS has helped generate over $15M in post-event sales from both Pitney Bowes and conquest (competitive-displacement) accounts. • National Postal Forum (NPF) - Recognized as a “Superstar Speaker” having consistently achieved evaluation scores of 4.5 or higher out of 5.0 over the last three years; sessions included postal-related topics, Hiring and Interviewing and Best Practices for Managers (2011)
