All that meet journeymen requirements for a card in multitrade. An assortment of predictive maintence skills. Including rout cause failure analysis. I am trained in thermal imaging and infra red technologies. I use Ultra Probe in machine diagnostics, steam trap PMs and coupled with viberation its useful with grease effectiveness in bearings PdM. I have set up and run an oil analysis program collection and lab. I do vibration analysis in velocity displacement and also hertz as well as shock pulse and analysis for work order needs. I oversee the alignment training program and equipment calibration needs and records. I run and set up crews for multiple fixed equipment inspections for PSM required NDE tests as well as created and maintain files for record retention in fixed and rotating equipment. I trouble shoot machinery problems reciprocating and centrifrugal, pumps compressors etc. for direction of crafts. I have set up excel spread sheets for equipment lubricant types by asset for site equipment needs and for tracking inspections for code frequency. I have taken a technical writing class and a course in OSHA 1910, which I am a procedure writer. I have run crews in plant shut downs for equipment overhaul as well as selection of contractor for service. Routine involvement with site planner to plan schedule shut down activity in NDT needs. As well as priority tasks of equipment rebuild needs and time slotting.
