Dr. Cirisano specializes in the biology and pathology of gynecologic cancers as well as the very latest forms of treatment for these diseases, including surgery, chemotherapy and coordination of radiation therapy and other necessary treatments. He works together with his patients to address the myriad of issues affecting them, from the time they are diagnosed throughout their survivorship. Dr. Cirisano believes in empowering the patient through focused efforts on education and the development of a strong support system. Dr Cirisano's area of expertise include: comprehensive gynecologic cancer care, minimally invasive cancer and pelvic surgery (laparoscopic and robotic), radical cancer surgery, and advanced pelvic surgery namely repair of uterine/ vaginal/ rectal and bladder prolapse.
