I am a retired Executive from the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry, a Real Estate Professional and an owner of a Real Estate Investment Corporation. I have specific examples of selling a property that was listed for 2 ½ years and did not sell and then I listed it and sold the property in 4 months. Another was listed for 6 months and did not sell and when I took it over as the Real Estate Consultant we sold and closed escrow in less than 3 months. I also work with buyers to find their dream house and make sure that their offer is accepted. How can I do this?
