Abstract:
A ventilation adjustment assembly is provided for a goggle having a ventilated lens mounted in a frame. In one embodiment, the lens has one or more ventilation apertures forming a linear or curved path. An elongated shutter housing is formed by a base having pair of parallel sidewalls or spacers mounted on the lens on opposite sides of and in close proximity to the path of lens apertures. One or more apertures on the base align with the lens apertures. An elongated shutter is slidably disposed in the shutter housing. The shutter has one or more apertures which are alignable with apertures in the base and lens. By sliding the shutter within its housing, ventilation air flow is regulated as the shutter apertures move in and out of alignment with the base and lens apertures.

Abstract:
A swivel mounted boat table including an upstanding offset support. The table is mounted on the upstanding support, which is vertically and rotatably movable within clamp means held by a side bracket so that the offset portion of the support provides a lateral pivot extension. The table can be moved to desired position and the clamp means engaged to hold the table in desired pivot position. If desired, the table can also be rotatably positioned on the upstanding support. The swivel mounted table is adapted to be used at differing locations in the boat (e. g. , cockpit, cabin) at various desired pivot positions and heights, and can be alternatively locked in position or swung out of the way to allow passage. The table is also easily assembled or disassembled for storage.
