I've been in the real estate business in one way or anothersince 1985. The first 7 years as a legal assistant and thereafter asthe paralegal in the real estate division of a worldwide automobile manufacturer, Volkswagen Group of America. Working in this wayhas given me valuable insight into all aspects of the real estate business, including preparingcontracts, administering closings, reviewing surveys and environmental reports and much more. Upon relocating to Florida in late 2004, I entered the residential real estate market. I love working with my various clients, negotiating contracts, and especially helping them achieve their dreams.

I spend my off time gardening
knitting or reading. I have also been a volunteer for Hope Hospice of SW Florida for the last three years.

I've had 21 years experience working as a paralegal in the real estate department of a major worldwide automobile manufacturer. During these years, I've gathered a multitude of experience preparing legal documents, reviewing surveys, title and environmental reports. I've also been very instrumental in managing closings. On a personal note, I've been married for 44 years to my high school sweetheart. Joe and I have two great children - a daughter named Kim who is married and is mother to our only grandchild, a boy named Keegan (2-1/2 years). Kim and her family live in Hudson, Ohio. David is our son who lives with his lady love in Grand Rapids, MI. Elena is an actress and teaches writing at Grand Valley State University. David is a playwrite and screenwriter. Many of David's plays have been performed in little theater in Pittsburgh, PA . We are so blessed.
