Jack's book "Blowing Carbon" was released in November, 2009 by High Hill Press. The book, a collection of short stories and essays, contains several award winning stories including two that have appeared previously in other publications. His short story "Dirty Dishes" appeared in the November 2009 issue of Kansas City Voices Literary Magazine. Inducted into the Kansas Recreation and Parks Association's Hall of Fame: 02/2011 Jack will read his award-winning memoir "For Picasso" at a pre-publication gathering in Shawnee 0n September 11, 2011. The gathering is open to the public and more details will be posted as they become available
