About:
Having returned to New York City after living in New Orleans and facing the devastation of losing everything to Hurricane Katrina I decided to revisit my age old excitement and passion for New York City Real Estate and make a living doing something I loved! Growing up in Manhattan I developed an early interest in New York City Real Estate and Architecture -- in New York, it's probably the number one subject of over heard discussions walking down the City streets on any given day. I first spent time as a Real Estate Agent in the mid 1990's and though my earlier Real Estate career was rather short lived, I managed to impress my entire office by closing on a deal my very first day out in the field. Lucky for me my customer was relocating from out of town and needed to find a place immediately! We must have walked around the down town area for over 7 hours and I must have shown him no less than 20 spaces but he was still surprised that I managed to find him a place he LOVED -- not something to just "settle for." Since that first experience I have made it my aim to find the best properties in the shortest period of time within the guidelines and budgets my customers provide for me. I like being the sort of Real Estate Agent who is direct and to the point as much as I like finding my customers that special place that they can call home.
