Description:
Jason Wahlers started his Real Estate career in early 2011 in the District of Columbia. He joined forces with Long and Foster, one of the biggest and well know companies in the Washington, DC metro area. While with Long and Foster he worked on the referral side of the business. All the while working to obtain his Virginia and Maryland license. Working with referrals, he was able to learn the current market and other valuable skills necessary to navigate today's complex Real Estate market. In October 2012 Jason obtained his Virginia Real Estate license. Afterwards he decided to continue his career at Prudential PenFed Realty in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. While at Prudential Jason has successfully launched a budding career in Residential Real Estate. He has had the pleasure of working with his former Military family as well as current and new members of the community. As a former Army Sargent, Jason posses excellent skills in personal relations, team and time management, the overt ability to work under pressure and the confidence working in any setting. When finding himself in new situations, he takes pride in the ability of acquiring the necessary skills to complete the task. Jason is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. He holds his e-Certified designation and is working towards obtaining his GRI(Graduate of Real Estate Institute).
