In 2006, Jay's offices were named the Number One office in total units sold for the State of Wisconsin for its office category. Jay and his wife Nancy then sold his offices in 2006. Jay is now the Broker Manager for Coldwell Banker East West Realty offices in Ashland and Washburn, Wisconsin. He has now concentrated his efforts on listing and selling real estate in Northern Wisconsin. Again in 2011, Jay was the Top Agent in Ashland, Douglas,and Bayfield Counties and was also the Top Agent in the State of Wisconsin for Coldwell Banker with listings sold. Jay specializes in representing his clients' real estate needs in lake property, vacant land, single family homes, and commercial properties within the cities of Ashland, Washburn, Bayfield, Iron River, Herbster, Cornucopia, Port Wing, Marengo, Highbridge and Mason areas. Jay has lived in Ashland, WI area for 40 years.
