I have 32 years experience in real estate. My goal at the end of a transaction is that you end up being happy with where you go home at night. During the transaction I help to make it as less stressful and fun as possible. I have worked with high end properties from locations on Lake Minnetonka to mansions on St Paul's Summit Ave. I have helped young buyers find their first home, move up buyers get their dream home and helped families sell their loved one's estates. Most transactions go smoothly, but when they don't that is when experience counts. I have been very active over the years in our local and state associations of REALTORS to help make the home buying and selling process better for clients. I have served on the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTOR's board of directors and sit on the Executive Committee of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS board of directors. Over the years I have worked on various committees from forms to equal opportunity to professional standards.
