PepsiCo
The annual Chairman's Circle of Champions (CCOC) award was created by PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi in 2010 to recognize and celebrate Operations associates who demonstrate exceptional performance in the areas of safety, quality, service, cost, sustainability and people skills -- elements at the heart of our Performance with Purpose vision. An elite group of associates from PepsiCo’s Operations team (Pepsi, Frito, Tropicana, Quaker, & Gatorade) around the world have been announced as 2012 Chairman’s Circle of Champions (CCOC) winners. This year, 217 individuals met the rigorous standards for induction into the CCOC, making up less than one-quarter of one percent of the global Operations team. Winners are frontline associates who make, move and deliver PepsiCo products sustainably while constantly striving to improve the company. Jerilyn Chesley, Marketing Equipment Supervisor based out of Sioux Falls, SD was nominated and selected as one of the winners. Since Jerilyn's arrival in Sioux Falls she has worked diligently to bridge the working relationship and improve the lines of communication between the sales teams and MEM. She has also rolled out cross functional training that has proved to be beneficial meeting sales expectations and driving MEM efficiencies. Under Jerilyn's leadership Customer Service metrics are up in 3 of 4 categories and oveall productivity is up 10%.
