Jessica Engle Hall started in the Real Estate industry in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant with Keller Williams Realty– moving through a number of operational positions through the years and found she really enjoyed working with and supporting agents. She enjoys coaching and training agents and participating in their success. As such she has come onboard as a Sales Manager in the Red Bank location, and will primarily be focusing on training and consulting with our agents. She will also be working with agents in other areas to help grow the company and expand our network of locations. Jessica made the decision to join BrianDavid as she sees us as a rapidly growing company in a changing market. While other companies have been unable to successfully react to the changing market, she sees BrianDavid as being proactive and forward moving. The results driven local marketing program, as well as the technology infrastructure, combined with the personal consulting and top notch administrative support is what initially convinced her to apply with the company, but it was the reputation and culture that led her to the final decision. Jessica helped increase production levels in her previous office for five straight years. She actively participated in lead generation, marketing and consulting with the Tri-Engle Team, who qualified for the Circle of Excellence awards, Silver Level from 2004-2007. Jessica also achieved numerous production and operational awards from Keller Williams ranging from Bronze to Quadruple Gold every year from 2004 to 2008. The Jersey Shore center also achieved the Growth Partner award in addition to the Black Belt award in 2007. Because Jessica has been involved in so many different aspects and positions in the Real Estate industry, she has a wide scope of knowledge in regards to Real Estate transactions. She has seen the sales side, operational side and through her own investments, has been on the client side as well. Jessica has always had a love for learning and has developed it into a desire to share her knowledge. She is extremely interested in new technologies and is always looking for ways to incorporate them. Through her background in training and consulting, she has also expanded her knowledge of the industry over the years, and now has the ability to forward that knowledge to the people around her. In her spare time, Jessica loves to spend time with her children, going to the beach, cooking, reading and of course Facebook! She has also been very active in the community and has organized and participated in fundraisers for organizations such as KW Cares, Ocean County Hunger Relief, Relay for Life, John Nicholls Fund, Big Brothers & Sisters, Rolling Thunder, RPAC, Habitat for Humanity, and many more.
