I feel fortunate to have been recognized as one of the Monterey Peninsula’s top producing Real Estate Brokers over the last decade. I come to Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty from Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly The Mitchell Group). Born in the state of Hawaii (4th generation), I enjoyed working in management with Sheraton Resorts as their Tennis Director; my last property being the Sheraton Kauai. After surviving Hurricane Iniki my wife, Alix, and I moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 1993 where we have raised our two sons, Grant and Trent. Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula, my clients enjoy my thorough knowledge of “the peninsula” and inland areas of the Monterey County. In Today’s market we see many concerned Seller’s and Buyer’s trying to anticipate the next economic surge/contraction in order to buy at the absolute low of the market or to capture appreciable gains on a sale. Formerly a collegiate & world ranking tennis professional, and still a competitive fanatic, I love to spend my spare time on the tennis court. If not on the tennis court, my court skills quickly transfer to the golf greens, basketball, coaching Pony League baseball, surfing or paddling with my outrigger canoe club. Living on the Peninsula is a blessing, the mild climate provides my family and I the opportunity to pursue all outdoor activities whether on land or sea.
