I have been a Realtor in the Battle Creek for nearly 24 years. I love working with both buyers and sellers and seeing their happiness when their goal is accomplished. I will also be completely honest with you about what your home is worth and what you need to do to sell it. I will not "buy" the listing, which means I won't tell you it is worth more than it is just to get the listing. I will also make sure that anyone I show your home to is at least prequalified. If you are a home buyer, I will only show you homes in the price range that you can afford, not homes that are priced higher. I will also check with a variety of lenders for you to help get you the best rate. When I am not selling real estate, I spend time with my family which includes my husband Duane who works at Post Foods, and our children who are 13, 12 and 8.. I also do animal rescue and placement. I have been a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan since 1989. I love to help people find a home that is just right for their needs. I specialize in marketing homes and helping home sellers to achieve their goals. Although much of our marketing has gone to internet, I still believe in print ads with our local advertisers. I was also a licensed foster/adoptive parent who has adopted 3 gorgeous children through the foster care program. I know all about expanding families! I am a volunteer with the Humane Society and a regular donor to the Battle Creek Animal Shelter. I am also a Re/Max "Home For The Cure" Agent which means that each time I close on a home, a donation will be made to the Susan Komen Foundation in the clients name to be used for breast cancer research.
