Since 1992, I have been actively involved in providing real estate solutions to my friends, family, and clients for almost 20 years. In more recent years, I obtained my brokers licenses in both PA and NJ and joined forces with my sister Cynthia to breathe new life into Addison Real Estate, a brokerage firm started by my parents over 30 years ago. As a principal and the broker of record of Addison, I seek to provide our clients with something more than the typical real estate buying/selling experience. Coming from a family of developers, I have been around real estate my entire life. I obtained my real estate salespersons license after graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992. At that point, I started my real estate career by working as an agent at larger brokerage firms such as Prudential Fox & Roach (known then as Midtown Realty) as well as other boutique firms. In the late 1990's, I obtained my MBA in finance from LaSalle University's business school to round out my skills in the field. During that time, I became involved in the family business and gained experience in all aspects of real estate development from residential to industrial. As president of my own general contracting firm, Taney Construction, Inc., I completed several development projects in Center City Philadelphia including, Olive Court townhomes in Fairmount, Fitler's Square Apartments and a brownstone apartment conversion at 2417 Spruce Street to name a few. Today, through Addison, it is my goal to create a personalized real estate buying or selling experience based on trust, knowledge, and ethical behavior. My business and finance background enable me to provide clients with a broad range of information on topics such as property valuation, financing and investment opportunities as well as marketing and purchasing strategies that will help ensure that they receive the highest and best price for their property listings and make well informed property purchases.
