Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a Trustee Sale Specialist and most of my clients are investors, real estate attorneys, and real estate brokers. Basically I purchase real estate at the court house well below market value for my clients. These assets many times are never listed for sale on MLS so you will need to check with me to see our inventory of homes. If you are a cash buyer you will definitely want to contact me, since many homes are purchased as low as $30,000.00 that produce rent in the $800.00 per month range. An average home I buy is 1980 or newer in the price range of $130,000. and will sell on MLS for $180,000.00 or higher. If you need financing to purchase your next home, then call me and set an appointment with one of my loan officers. For our loan approved buyers we will purchase the home for you with investor fund and sell to you.
