About:
Real Estate is my second career after I sold my consumer packaged goods company, The Colgin Companies, manufacturer of Colgin Liquid Smoke, back in 2006. I sold to and called on companies like Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Kroger. I negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, in some cases, for instance when I was buying raw materials for my products, down to cents per unit. When you are buying 10 million units, a penny a unit is significant. I negotiated with international vendors, from Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Canada and South Korea.
