The invention relates to a process for establishing and implementing an endeavor. The endeavor may be the organization and operation of a company, a commercial project or other project. The process involves establishing one or more objectives of the endeavor, establishing roles for participants in the endeavor, establishing a collective approach to achieving the objectives of the endeavor, and collectively establishing a plan of steps intended to achieve the objectives.
