I am a very professional, extremely hard working, fun-loving Real Estate Sales Associate. I purchased my first home in New Yourk when I was eighteen. I purchased and sold over 20 personal properties in New York or Florida prior to obtaining my Real Estate license. Simply put, I love the rewards and challenges of buying and selling homes. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, I worked for over twenty years as a residential loan officer, primarily with SunTrust Mortgage Corporation. This gave me a background, experience, and proficiency in all facets of real estate transactions - purchase and sales contracts, surveys, appraisals, titel commitments, problem-solving, negotiations, and closing documents and procedures. I was born and raised in Long Island, New York, but have resided in Florida for nearly 30 years - first in Orlando, then Gainvesville, and finally St. Augustine for the past 17 years.
