Marla Trussell is a Realtor Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Encinitas, serving all of North County San Diego. Marla is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. After graduation, she obtained her sales license in California and has worked in Los Angeles and Orange Counties before settling with her family in North County San Diego. Since 2003, Marla has assisted buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. She distinguishes herself with a commitment to excellence and professionalism, integrity and honesty. During a 2 ½ year relocation to New Jersey, Marla continued her real estate career. She achieved top producer status and expanded her transaction experience to include the representation of trustees in the liquidation of Chapter 11 real estate assets. She also gained experience in probate sales. Marla returned to North County San Diego in 2008 and continued her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. As the dynamics of the market changed, Marla became a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) offering short sale services to her clients. Additionally, Marla leveraged her Chapter 11 experience to go on represent banks in their disposal of their REO assets (foreclosed homes). Marla continues to offer a wide breadth of real estate services to her clients; single family purchases and sales, 1031 Exchanges, relocations and vacation homes. Additionally, Marla is well versed in military relocations (PCS) and VA loans. When Marla is not assisting her clients, she enjoys a busy outdoor life with her family, from the beaches to the trails. She has also served as a GU10 and BU10 soccer coach in the AYSO Region 1505 and a Girl Scout Cookie Manager and Assistant Troop Leader.
