I retired from the Navy in 1994 as a Supply Commander from Naval Air Station, Jacksonville. I have been lucky enough to have spent the last 32 of 35 years living in Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties and feel very comfortable showing homes in all of these areas. I do not do the traditional Realtor lead generation activities such as cold calling and door knocking. The time I save not doing these is time I better spend building my business by referrals. When I meet a client, it is always my wish and usually the case that we develop a relationship that lasts well beyond an individual transaction. I am very proud as the Leader of The Watt Team, we are ranked as the number one team in our office and our office is the number one producing office in all of North Florida. I have a beautiful wife, and wonderful 12 year old twin boys. I enjoy family, fitness, golf, and working outside.
