- Rock Solid Award & Key to Rockdale County 2012 Instrumental in overturning life plus 5 year sentence for a factually innocent young man. - Community Service Award 2012 Rockdale/Newton GFDW - Instrumental in overturning life plus 5 year sentence for a factually innocent young man and; - Instrumental in introducing to Senator Ronald Ramsey (D-43rd.) what is now known as (Senate Bill) SB290 which is calling for the establishment of the Georgia Innocence Inquiry Commission. As much as I hate to admit, we do have people sitting in our prisons today that have been convicted of crimes they did not commit and are factually innocent and: - Instrumental in getting the disparity issues within the jury pool resolved within Rockdale County by challenging one sided jury pools that existed for years within Rockdale County in a very prejudicial high profile case where minorities were excluded from jury service for one reason or another.
