Description:
Ourmove to Colorado was magical. It began in the summer of 1994 while my husband Tom and I were sitting on the front porch of the Grand Lake Lodge gazing at the lake and the mountains. A double rainbow formed over the lake and that was our sign that we should join the rest of my family in Colorado. Three weeks later we moved from Iowa to Boulder. We found our mountain dream home on Rocky Knob Lane in Boulder County where we enjoy spotting wild animals in our own back yard with our dog Shadow. I have been practicing Real Estate for16 years. Because I am both a Boulder area mountain resident and a Realtor I have knowledge regarding wells, septic systems, access issues, mining claims and other mountain conditions, as well as, extensive knowledge of the Boulder, Gilpin and the Surrounding Suburban areas. I believe my expertise together with my ability to work closely with people helps to makemy clientstransactions smooth and easy. My mission is to serve and educate my clients so that they can make the best real estate buying and selling decisions possible.
