Marketing Consultant Garnered Al Butler a weekly radio show on WURD in Philadelphia. In addition, I created media kits, conducted media conferences, and compiled speaker bureaus. Developed a marketing plan for the Oakland County Government website to improve the dissemination of online services to residents Client accepted marketing plan for long-term strategic implementation to strengthen user value. As a result of Oakland County E-government accepting this plan, traffic on the website increased 85%. Public/Media Relations Consultant Managed fundraising program development, marketing and public relations, as well as served as the chairperson for the Hampton University Choir Concert. Attended the National Hampton Alumni Association Midwest Regional Conference in Oct. 2005. Implemented strategies to further expand alumni involvement. As a result, the number of financial members increased to 50. Publicized programs as spokesperson for the Hampton University Choir Concert and distributed press releases and Public Service Announcements to broadcast and print outlets in the Detroit area that attracted 1000 supporters. As a result raised over $11K in scholarship funding for the Detroit Chapter of the National Hampton Alumni Association. I worked with Scott Benson, http://www.votescottbenson.com who was a candidate for the Second District Seat in the Michigan State House of Representatives in 2010. I performed all media and public relations services for his campaign.
