Grounded Pressure Cooling

US Patent:
8273114, Sep 25, 2012
Filed:
Nov 3, 2006
Appl. No.:
12/091939
Inventors:
Peter Z. Wasowski - Kamuela HI, US
Assignee:
Vasper Systems LLC - Kamuela HI
International Classification:
A61F 7/00
US Classification:
607104, 606201
Abstract:
A chiller is coupled to a plurality of cuffs suitable for application to extremities of a human subject, each cuff having an outer support belt with an adjustable diameter and an inner bladder having an inlet port and an outlet port. The bladder has one surface constrained by the support belt and an opposite surface for application of pressure and cooling to an enclosed human extremity. The plurality of cuffs are connected to the cooler with a series of outlet ports and inlet ports such that the chiller causes the cuffs to be pressurized with a coolant which provides vascular restriction and cooling to increase the formation of human growth hormone.

Apparatus And Method For Enhanced Hgh Generation In Humans

US Patent:
2012027, Nov 1, 2012
Filed:
Apr 26, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/094799
Inventors:
Peter Z. Wasowski - Los Gatos CA, US
International Classification:
A61H 99/00
US Classification:
601 15
Abstract:
A conditioning process for the enhanced production of human growth hormone in a human has a first step of application of pressurized cooling to the limbs of a subject, who experiences a ramp-up exertion followed by a series of conditioning cycles, followed by a ramp-down cycle. The condition cycles include an interval of intense exertion followed by an interval of reduced exertion, and during ramp-up cycle, conditioning cycle, and ramp-down cycle, the pressure cooling to the limbs is set as a fraction of systolic blood pressure, with the fraction in the range 33% to 220%.

Grounded Pressure Cooling

US Patent:
2013007, Mar 28, 2013
Filed:
Aug 19, 2012
Appl. No.:
13/589149
Inventors:
Peter Z. Wasowski - Los Gatos CA, US
Assignee:
VASPER SYSTEMS LLC - Moffett Field CA
International Classification:
A61F 7/00
US Classification:
607104
Abstract:
A pressurized garment has cuffs for encircling a human subject, each cuff having ports for cooling and grounding unit controlling the pressure and temperature of the coolant, where the pressurization and cooling may use common or separate cuff ports. The cuff has a coolant circulating having a temperature and pressure selected to provide therapy to a subject in need thereof. The cuffs may be applied to the upper arms and upper thighs of a subject in need of improved vitality.
