While she relies on technology to help her communicate with clients and market her listings, she also believes in old-fashioned service like answering her phone, listening carefully and being responsive to her clients' wants, needs, questions, and concerns.After 25 years in Retail/Customer service (including the most recent 10 years as successful full-time Ebay sellers), Rayna decided to attack a NEW customer service-based career - Real Estate. Before becoming licensed, she was already a hands-on Real Estate investor - buying homes, doing the renovations with her husband, and keeping them as rentals until the time is right to sell. Now she will use that experience to help home buyers find their perfect home; whether it's their 1st or 5th. Rayna has 3 children, ages 22, 20 and 10, as well as a 5 month old granddaughter. She and her husband are classic car enthusiasts, currently owning 4, but the collection will only grow as the years go by. They are also avid Nascar fans, attending 3 races per year.
