PhD, Internet Governance and Public PolicyI have three Masters degrees - one in Political Science, one in Computer Information Technology, and another in Philosophy. I have been drawing from all three fields in finishing my PhD in Internet Governance and Public Policy. The title of my dissertation is, "Who Governs the Internet? The Policies, Institutions, and Governance of Cyberspace".
