Preferably, the pair of side walls are foldable onto the bottom and the pair of end walls are foldable onto the pair of side walls. The lid comprises a pair of equal length lids positionable on the pair of side walls when the pair of side walls are folded onto the bottom and positionable between free edges of the pair of end walls when the pair of end walls are folded onto the pair of side walls.
