It is here that I learned the art of the deal as I negotiated recording and live performance contracts. Years later I felt the need to shift gears and opened a neighborhood restaurant that became an instant hit. It is here while performing daily management operations, that I learned the importance of customer service. For the past year I’ve been working with a successful real estate developer that builds townhomes and single family residences throughout the West Side of Los Angeles, including the South Bay.
