About Scott Formerly an agent with Cornish and Carey Newmark Knight Frank, a multinational commercial real estate company based out of the San Francisco/Bay Area, Scott Fair has returned to his home town of Lake Tahoe to focus on both commercial investment and resort residential Real Estate in the Lake Tahoe area. His approach to the business of real estate is well rounded, capitalizing on his experience in sales, marketing, financial analysis and technology. Scott's ability to give his clients "big city" work ethic mixed with "local" knowledge and support are what allow Scott to service his clients and provide a professional, enthusiastic approach that consistently exceeds their expectations. Education Scott is a current Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from the University of Santa Barbara where he was in both the Sigma Chi fraternity and accounting association. He is a South Tahoe High graduate and Varsity Baseball and Football alumni. Personal Info When Scott is not working hard servicing his clients you can see Scott taking advantage of all Tahoe has to offer. Scott is a two time Junior Olympian skier having represented the Heavenly Ski Foundation and by winter you can see him skiing around the lake by lift or earning his turns through backcountry adventures. Summer time hiking, golfing, fishing or just relaxing on the boat. Scott is also actively involved within the Tahoe Community and South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce.
